Effective Date: September 8, 2026
Thank you for visiting GabeLivan.com (“the Website“) and checking out Asset CleanUp Pro: Performance WordPress Plugin (“the Plugin“).
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plugin. By installing, accessing, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website and the Plugin.
1. License
1.1 Grant of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Plugin, subject to these Terms.
1.2 License Term
Your license covers the period selected at checkout: one year or two years, where available. The purchased period and expiration date are shown in your order confirmation. Renewals extend the license for the applicable renewal period. When the license expires, renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support. The Plugin continues to work if you do not renew, but updates and support are no longer included.
1.3 License Types
- Single-Site License: Allows use of the Plugin on one website. If the plugin has to be installed in www.yoursite.com and www.yoursite.com/blog, then these count as two activations and one would need a Plus (3 Sites) license.
- Plus (3 Sites) License: Permits installation and use on up to 3 websites owned or operated by the licensee.
- Unlimited License: Grants permission to use the Plugin on unlimited personal and client websites.
In order to help the developers that are making tests on dev/staging websites, activation count is not taken into consideration whenever the plugin is activated on such environments. So, if one has a live site and a staging one, he/she could activate the license on both environments, and it will only count as one activation. Read more
1.4 Restrictions
- You may not use the Plugin for unlawful purposes.
- You may not sublicense or redistribute the Plugin without prior written consent.
1.5 Account License Policy
- Rule Effective Date & Grandfathering: This policy applies to purchases and changes made on or after May 3, 2025. Accounts that held multiple licenses prior to this date are exempt and may continue to manage them as before.
- One License per Account: Each account may hold only one product license at a time, whether it’s current or expired. Exceptions: Licenses that have been disabled as part of a refund process do not count toward this limit. For instance, if you made a payment, had it refunded, and the license was disabled, you can purchase a new license using the same account.
-
Renewal Before Upgrade:
If your license has expired (e.g. Single), you must renew it first, before deciding for an upgrade.
For example, to move from an expired Single-Site license to an active Plus (3-Sites) license, you’ll complete two transactions:
- Renew your expired Single-Site license for the applicable renewal period.
- Upgrade to the the Plus (3-Sites) by paying the difference.
- Checkout Requirements: To renew or upgrade, customers must log in to the account that holds the existing license. To obtain a new license under a different account, register with a different email address during checkout.
1.6 License Renewals and Upgrades
- Automatic Renewals: Licenses purchased on a subscription basis will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Renewal pricing will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and in subsequent notifications.
- Upgrade Options: Users may upgrade their licenses (e.g., from Single-Site to Plus or Unlimited) by paying the price difference. The license upgrade is based on a time-based proration. The amount of time remaining on the current license is calculated to adjust the cost of the new license.
Example of time-based proration: On January 1, 2025 you decided to purchase a Single (1 Site) license for $49. Then, on May 1, 2025 you decide to activate the license on more websites and upgrade to the Unlimited license. There are 8 months remaining until next year, January 1, 2026 when the license expires. You will pay (($149 USD – $49 USD) (the price difference between the type of license) – $33.3 USD (the price calculated in days from the initial purchase, January 1, 2024 until the time you decide to do the upgrade, on May 1, 2024) = $66.7 USD.
- Standard Renewal Discounts — effective September 8, 2026: The standard renewal discount is 20% when a license is renewed before it expires or within 72 hours (3 days) after its recorded expiration time. After this grace period, the standard renewal discount is 10%. These rules apply to manual renewals of both older and newer licenses unless a protected subscription benefit or an individual arrangement described below applies. Discounts are calculated against the applicable undiscounted price for the same license plan and renewal period.
- Existing Active Subscription Benefits: If the subscription associated with the same license and plan remains active and carries an established renewal discount of 30% or more, that discount remains available for renewal, including a manual renewal while that subscription is still active. This protected benefit takes precedence over the standard 20% and 10% rates, including after the grace period. Existing automatic subscription charges retain the amount agreed for that subscription; this policy does not reprice them.
- Individual Arrangements and Promotions: A specific renewal arrangement granted for your license remains subject to its agreed conditions, including any expiry-dependent rate or time limit. Where both an individual arrangement and a protected active-subscription discount apply, the more favourable applicable discount is used. Eligible promotional renewal offers may provide a greater discount; discounts are not added together.
- New Subscriptions: New subscriptions started from September 8, 2026 receive the standard 20% renewal discount, unless a qualifying individual arrangement or protected benefit applies. The recurring amount and billing interval are shown at checkout. An initial-purchase coupon does not automatically apply to future recurring charges.
1.7 Official Purchase Source
Licenses for the Plugin can only be purchased from the official Website. Any licenses acquired through unauthorised or third-party sources (e.g., websites offering nulled versions of the plugin) are considered invalid and are not eligible for support, updates, or refunds.
2. Ownership
The Plugin and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the Plugin’s source code, design, features, trademarks, and logos, remain the exclusive property of GabeLivan.com.
Intellectual Property Protections
- Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with the Plugin are protected by applicable trademark laws. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior written consent.
- Copyright: The Plugin is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Plugin or its components is strictly prohibited.
- Patents: Certain features of the Plugin may be protected by patents or pending patent applications. These protections prohibit unauthorized use or replication of patented functionalities.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Plugin, you agree:
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- To provide accurate and complete information when requested.
- Not to use the Plugin in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- Not to rebrand, white-label, or misrepresent the Plugin as your own without prior authorization.
- Not to distribute, pirate, or share the Plugin in violation of these Terms.
- Not to use the Plugin on websites engaged in illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, or malware distribution.
- To ensure your use of the Plugin does not violate any third-party rights or applicable intellectual property laws.
- Not to use the Plugin for purposes that could harm the reputation or security of the Plugin or its associated parties.
- To follow all WordPress guidelines and ensure compatibility of the Plugin within a lawful WordPress environment.
- To refrain from circumventing licensing restrictions, such as bypassing activation mechanisms or creating unauthorised installations.
4. Fees and Payments
If the Plugin is offered on a subscription or paid basis:
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made in accordance with the plan selected at the time of purchase.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are provided in accordance with the Refund Policy.
4.1 Payment Gateways
To process payments, we utilise secure third-party payment gateways. By using these gateways, you agree to their terms and conditions, which are independent of ours. We are not responsible for errors, data breaches, or disputes arising from their systems.
- Supported Gateways: Payments can be processed through the following payment gateways: PayPal, Stripe, Paddle (for VAT invoices) and Coinbase (cryptocurrency).
- Security: All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard security protocols to protect your information.
- Fees: Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the payment gateway used. These fees will be fully disclosed during the checkout process. Apart from the VAT (when applicable), some gateways might apply extra taxes depending on your location (e.g., a specific tax if you are from a certain region in the United States).
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel automatic renewal from the Customer Dashboard. Cancellation stops future automatic charges and does not shorten the license period already paid for. Cancelling also ends the preferential renewal discount that depends on keeping that subscription active. A later manual renewal therefore receives the standard 20% discount before expiration or within the 72-hour grace period, or 10% after that period, unless an individual arrangement or eligible promotion applies. Cancelling does not by itself remove an independently agreed individual discount.
- Changes to Pricing and Subscription Plans: Prices offered for new purchases may change. An existing active subscription retains its agreed recurring amount and billing interval. A plan change or replacement subscription will show its applicable pricing before confirmation.
4.3 Currency and Fees
- Currency: All payments must be made in the chosen currency during the checkout process. If you are paying in a currency other than the chosen one, exchange rates and additional fees may apply based on your payment provider’s terms.
- Transaction Fees: You are responsible for any transaction fees, including but not limited to bank charges, credit card processing fees, or currency conversion fees, incurred during the payment process. For instance, you decide to pay in EUR, but you are from a country such as Australia and your debit/credit card is in AUD. You might be charged extra fees (e.g., a currency conversion fee) by the bank that issued your card.
- Taxes: All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or other government-imposed fees associated with your purchase.
4.4 Pricing Transparency
- Displayed Prices: All pricing for the Plugin is clearly displayed on our website or in the checkout process. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the pricing information provided by third parties. The currency that is shown initially is based on your location. You are free to change it if you wish. For instance, if you are visiting the pricing page from the United Kingdom, you will be automatically shown the price in GBP (British Pounds), and you can pay in this currency. If, for any reason, you prefer to pay in EUR/USD or any other currency, you can do so from the currency drop-down. You also have to pay attention if you want to get a VAT invoice or not (depending on your situation and the currency you choose during the checkout).
- Displayed Prices with VAT: If you live within the European Union, by law, you are required to pay VAT when purchasing digital products. If this is applicable to you, you will need to pay for the Plugin, at the checkout, in either EUR or GBP and you will be issued a VAT invoice. In countries in which Reverse charge is applicable, VAT-registered businesses who purchase the Plugin will not pay VAT if the transaction is cross-border (they do this by entering their VAT ID at the time of purchase). If, for instance, a visitor is based outside EU (e.g., the United States), and he/she does not need a VAT invoice, he/she can choose “USD” or other currency to make the payment. If one decides to purchase via Coinbase (cryptocurrency), he/she won’t have to pay any VAT, thus he/she won’t be issued a VAT invoice.
- Promotional Pricing: Any promotional pricing (e.g., during a Black Friday deal) is valid only during the specified period and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.
- Tiered Pricing: We may offer tiered pricing based on usage limits, features, or user needs. Details of tiered pricing plans are available on our website.
- Pricing Adjustments: Changes to prices for new purchases do not automatically increase the recurring amount of an existing active subscription. For example, an existing subscription agreed at $70 per year continues at $70 per year while retained on that plan, even if its price for new customers increases. For manual renewals, eligibility for the standard or protected discount is determined as described in section 1.6.
Extra information about licensing and pricing can be found in the “License Renewals and Upgrades“ area.
5. Updates and Support

- Cessation of Use: You must immediately cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies from your systems.
- No Refunds: Termination due to a breach of these Terms does not entitle you to any refunds of fees paid.
- Suspension for Non-Payment: We may suspend or terminate your access if subscription payments are not received on time.
- Discretionary Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement at our discretion, with prior notice, for reasons other than breach.
